1) Each purchase made through the New Voice Publishing Website is subject to these terms and conditions.
2) Each book purchase made generates an order from the printing house, which is processed, packages and posted. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that books will arrive within the allotted timeframe, New Voice Publishing does not have control over the printing or postage of any product.
3) If you have not received your product within 31 days, we will raise an enquiry with the printing house and seek to amend the unfulfilled order.
4) New Voice Publishing does not take responsibility for international postage issues (outside of the UK).
5) There are no refunds available for products purchased, however if the product arrives in poor condition or does not arrive, a further product will be sent in place.
